The SD Posture Correction Device is used to assist in correcting upper body posture and to help reduce forward head posture and rounding of the shoulders.
How to use: To be used preferably two times a day building up from 2-3 min up to 15 min at a time.
Lie on your back with your head on the pole, tailbone on the pole, knees bent, feet flat and palms up.
