Red Lenses: The SD Protocol Red Lenses are suitable for everyone on the protocol, but those with light sensitivity will find these particularly beneficial. The specific red colour that we have chosen is at the end of the colour spectrum that will dampen and soften the light input to the area of your brain that is wound up with SD. These lenses are to be worn in low lit environments inside or on dull days outside but they are not to replace your polarised sunglasses for outside on sunny days. They can be worn whilst working on the computer, watching the TV or during other indoor activities.

Posture Correction Device: The SD Posture Correction Device is used to assist in correcting upper body posture and to help reduce forward head posture and rounding of the shoulders. How to use: To be used preferably two times a day building up from 2-3 minutes, then up to 15 minutes at a time. Lie on your back with your head on the pole, tailbone on the pole, knees bent, feet flat and palms up.

Adrenal Support Stress Ease: Stress Ease Adrenal Support contains a comprehensive blend of adaptogen herbs supported by the amino acid tyrosine, and is formulated to help relieve the stress of study or work. Stress Ease supplement not recommended when pregnant.

Magnesium: 50ml Bio-Logical Magnesium Complex Solution in a convenient liquid form for fast absorption. To be used for the treatment of Magnesium deficiency. Aids or assists in the prevention of muscular cramps and spasms. Bio-Logical Magnesium Complex Solution contains highly absorbable Magnesium compounds in a convenient liquid form and is packaged in a tamper proof bottle. This product comes with a graduated dropper for ease of measurement – ideal for people who have difficulty swallowing pills or capsules.

Composition: Each 1ml of Bio-Logival Magnesium Complex Solution contains: 50mg of elemental magnesium derived from 50.0mg of magnesium amino acid chelate 12.4mg of magnesium citrate 359.8mg of magnesium chloride. Free from added sugars, yeast, starches, gluten, wheat, corn, other cereals, dairy products, flavouring, colouring and preservatives.

Dosage: Adults: using a dropper take 1mL daily in a glass of water or juice, or as directed by your practitioner. Children: 5 years and older may take the adult dose, for children under 5 years please consult your practitioner.
